We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The owner, Federic, was always there to assist us and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even picked us up from the airport and provided us with valuable information about the city and available tours. The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel had a good location, close to the mountains which offered beautiful views. the owner was also very friendly and welcoming, providing us with useful information about the city. the rooms were well-equipped with a TV and private bathroom which was a great advantage.
The hotel lacked clear information about the additional prices for certain amenities, such as the spa and sauna, which was frustrating as we were not aware of these extra costs ahead of time. the breakfast was mediocre, with limited options and slow service.

The view from the hotel room was breathtaking and the fresh mountain air was refreshing. I enjoyed the free breakfast that was served every day. It was very filling and delicious. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was quite far from the city and the transportation options were limited. It was quite difficult to find a taxi to take us to town and the hotel did not offer any shuttle services.
